Beautiful big hotel with two big beautiful swimming pools. The rooms are sparkling clean and comfortably designed. The staff and the management were very professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and it was great that it was unlimited a la carte. We were staying during the low seasons, so practically nobody was staying at this big hotel. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel.
Lovely resort with beautiful and serene, with beautiful walking paths and pools. The staff was very accommodating and kind.The room was clean and comfortable.
It appears, I traveled during low season and the hotel upgraded me to a villa, which was a total surprise. I am sure I would have enjoyed my stay in the room I booked but the the stay at the villa was another level up! Very spacious and quiet, impeccably clean and well-stocked with drinking water. I was using the spa services daily and I was very satisfied with quality, courtesy of all therapists and cleanliness of the rooms. I didn't check prices outside of the resort and they are likely lower but the spa offers various discounts and the ambience is an important factor for me. If I ever travel to Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay again!
Great resort, great value! I enjoyed the swimming pool and spa. Breakfast was superb.
Really relaxed location. Most amazing hotel swimming pool, Olympic size actually swimmable and by the bedroom door. Also there’s a second pool for fun/families with a bar. And had fantastic Kymer massages at the wellness centre everyday. Breakfast lovely sitting outside in the gardens by the koi carp pond. Genuinely perfect and helpful staff. Also recommend the Cambodian dinner experience in there traditional house on site - wife’s a chef and she was impressed (usually impossible!)
