The staff is extremely polite and accommodating. Anything you need, they will do their best to help you and make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are cleanned upon your request with fresh crisp white linens and clean towels. Everything you need including 2 bottles of water are provided every day. The hot water and water pressure are amazing! better than more pricey hotels we stayed at. The hotel is a short pleasant walk to Pub street and all the restaurants and bars in the area. You can not find better quality/ price than this hotel in Siem Reap.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was big with good aircon and the bed was comfortable. Great location with everything walking distance.
