I liked everything! The staff were so nice and helpful for all our needs. The location of the hotel is near to many restaurants, atms, massage places, and bars. The amenities of the hotel were so nice, especially the pool. There are many options for the breakfast, we had a breakfast buffet and on a weekday, there was a set menu but it was all delicious. There is no elevator in the place but their staff helped us in the best way they can. The room was big for two persons, everything we could need is there and there’s also a smart tv which is a plus!

- the hotel, even if very centrally located was very quiet, an oasis in the hustle and bustle of central Siem Reap, a stone's throw away from the party mile - very friendly and welcoming staff - the rich breakfast buffet - the voucher for a tasty free included Khmer set lunch in the restaurant - the drinking water that was provided every day in glass bottles, not in plastic bottles - you get a discount card for discounts in other venues (restaurants/bars) owned by the same group in town - there is a laundry service right at the hotel entrance (1 USD / kg), very convenient! - the best spa in Southeast Asia, "Angkor Silk Spa", is just a short walk away, I had the best massages there on my trip through Thailand, Laos and Vietnam! - My favourite eating place for local Khmer food at very affordable prices, "Khmer Taste Restaurant", open up until late, was also in walking distance from the hotel

Great property, located within walking distance of downtown. Room was clean and comfortable, included breakfast was ample and delicious, infinity pool was nice, massages at the spa were excellent. A luxury oasis and a great value! Best of all were the staff...everyone we interacted with were kind, friendly, did their job well, and truly wanted us to enjoy every minute of our stay. The best service we've had at any hotel worldwide!

Location Staff speaks good English and night guard are very helpful.
