Very clean, secure and comfortable room. Great price. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to downtown and night markets. A/C works great. Just off the main road. Laundry service was quick, cheap and good. Great value! I ended up staying an extra 2 days.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Hot water is available in the showers and they have ceiling fans and A/C units too in each room. Breakfast is delicous and accomodates dietary options for vegans and vegetarians like myself. Family is very friendly and assist in any questions or concerns guest may have. There is a water dispenser to refill water battles. Location is near most tourist attractions and is in walking distance of restaurants. local food stands and a supermarket.

Great location. Every effort made to help us with arrangements. Nua and his family are delightful and willing to do anything to accommodate whatever you need.
What a pleasure it was for me to stay in this guesthouse. I was always warmly greeted by all staff and was appreciative of the support afforded me with local information. I was supported to book my bus trip to Bangkok, given information about visiting the temples, and when checking out staff made inquiries for me with the bus company which was late collecting me.
I enjoyed the variety at breakfast and was given a packed lunch for my bus trip to Bangkok.
My room was spacious. The air con was great and the neighborhood was generally quiet at night.
