Wonderful staff. Always very welcoming. Do a great job fixing things. The TV was broken in the room and they replaced it within ten minutes at night after bringing it to their attention. Wifi was good. Beds comfortable. Room clean. Room servicing was fast and routine. Things would be clean by the time we came back for a midday break after exploring temples. Good hot water. Pool seemed clean. Fitness center had basics, treadmills, weights. Some other equipment that seemed broken. Good location. About 15 minute walk to pub street. Close to a market, brown coffee, koi the. Breakfast selection is good with an a la carte menu and buffet all included. Some things rotated to keep things fresh day after day. Pretty well stocked until the closing time of the buffet around 10. They even prepared a basic breakfast to go plate on the morning we went to see the sunrise in angkor.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The service was excellent and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our special thanks to Mr. Kimsinh, the Guest Service Manager, who went above and beyond to help us book a great tour to Angkor Wat and an Apsara Dance show with dinner. Thanks to him we could have front row seats to enjoy the show and the buffet dinner was very good as well! It was a truly pleasant experience and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

Memoire d’Angkor is a lovely hotel in a central location, at a very reasonable price. We stayed 8 nights. The room was large and comfortable. From check in to our late check out, all the staff were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They always greeted us by name. A breakfast with plenty of choices was included. We highly recommend Memoire Boutique Hotel.

Fabulous little hotel! Has amazing rooms, great amenities (gym / pool / cabanas with waiter service / laundry / massage / etc), great location near town walkable within 15 min from the main part of town and it's very quiet. The staff is incredibly friendly and bends over backwards to take care of every request you have, especially the people at the front desk. Pretty good breakfast too!

The property was beautifully decorated, and had the best pool. Staff were very eager to please and helpful in arranging tours and drivers. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and had an excellent cook at the egg station. Smiles all round. Our room was huge and had the biggest bed I’d ever seen. An enjoyable stay.
