Staffs are very friendly and approachable. Rooms are clean, pillows are very soft and towels smell fresh. The pool is wonderful and a garden (needs tending) with a school of KOI fish. They offer tours with reasonable prices. We tried the Bokor Mountain Tour for $20/pax.

The staff was helpful, can speak English, it's just we came from long motor travel with big bags and given us the 2nd floor and climb up by stairs. But it's ok. The pool area is so relaxing. It's a nice place to stay. The room has nice bed to sleep and very comfy.

The hotel has rather big territory and guests have access to two pools (both neat and clean). The location is 5min from the city center, quiet at nights and no traffic. I was a little grumpy when checking-in but the manager (Ratha) handled it perfectly and in a professional manner, for what I'm really grateful. Overall, I'm more than happy with the experience I've had.

Large room with view towards Bokor mountain. A/C functioned well and washroom well laid out. Adjacent Montagne property has a beautiful pool and gardens for relaxing. Restaurant and bar are also available (at cost). Convenient and affordable next-day laundry service. Tuk tuks charge $1.25-$2 one-way to old centre.
