I loved how amazing stuff was, they are so nice and warm welcomed! Very helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home. Swimming pool is very nice, water a little bit chilly that’s why not many people are staying in the pool.
What did we like? Definitely the friendly and helpful staff, the room, the breakfast, the pool and the location to where everything is happening. Loads of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Great little Spa across the road - it might not look like much, but they provide an excellent service.
Had a great 2 week stay at Reservoir. The yoga classes were really great and wonderful community. The staff were super attentive and responsive. The food was very good and the rooms were quite comfortable. I was working remote, so I made use of the restaurant to work from there and that worked quite well. Also, the WiFi was very strong, from anywhere in the hotel, including room. I also thought the location was perfect, super close to everything - night market, pub street, supermarkets, etc - but far enough to avoid the noise.
Nice clean location. Rooms were comfortable. counter staff were helpful to book Tuktuk and bus to other towns. Rest of staff didn't speak English but always had a smile.
The location very close to old market. Just 5 minutes walk and good swimming pool as well.
