This is a beautifully renovation of an older property. The staff were great and we very much enjoyed the quality of the beds.
Jody at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us! We wanted to switch our booking to a larger room, as we knew we would need a gathering spot for a lot of family, who were arriving for a Celebration of Life, and after many phone calls and changes , she made it happen! The room was perfect for what we needed it for, as well as being right by an exit for ease of loading and unloading. Their breakfast was amazing, and every single staff member was friendly and helpful.
Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room (116) was very clean, furniture was in good shape (no scratches or nicks), carpet was clean, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. We had just stayed 3 nights at the Resort at Cypress Hills and our room at the Coast was better than the Resort for a lot less money. Breakfast in the morning was very good with a lot of selections - lady doing the cooking was very friendly and we had a nice chat with her as was the front desk clerk when we were checking out. If ever coming thru this way again based on this experience we would certainly stay here again.
