This place is so precious. We made a last minute booking here and it was way better than our expectations. My son and I had so much much fun kayaking and canoeing. If i had known how delightful it was going to be I would've booked for more than two nights. Do not hesitate to stay here! Note: There is a small coffee shop in the lobby and a grocery store across the street. A short drive will bring you to area beaches and a larger grocery store.

The best feature of Kit Wat is its location; it is a marina with all rooms overlooking the river, but it is also less than a 5 minute walk to the white sands of Sauble Beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the newly renovated ones are very attractive. The appliances, towels and linens were up to standard. A nice feature is the row of barbeques, each with a picnic table along the dock, as well as a fire put. There are also tables and chairs with umbrellas opposite the rooms. The use of canoes, kayaks and a couple of bikes is included in the price.

Very cute and cozy spot that’s just minutes from the beach and Main St. Spacious room with plenty of outdoor seating and barbecues for use.

Beautiful motel located right on the Sauble river. We would come out of our room and have our coffee right on the water on the Muskoka chairs on the dock.

it is very convenient, very close to the beach has a grocery store across the street and has bbq and water sports equipment on premises.
