Super nice and helpful lady operating the place. welcome to you with a smile. You can tell she takes pride and she keeps the pace nice and clean. Coffee with cream n sugar, fridge, microwave and comfortable bed.
Location was a little out of the way, but easy access and parking. The room was adequate and clean. Liked the desk with light.
I had such a restful sleep both nights we stayed - the mattress was so comfortable and it was so quiet and dark at night. The room and bathroom were incredibly clean. The bathtub was so clean that I actually would have drawn myself a bath if I had more time during my stay (I never do this at a hotel / motel). You can tell the owners have tried to modernize the room - the flooring was changed and the paint all fresh.
I didn't realize the distance between the motel and downtown Sherbrooke - was a 15-20 minute drive each way. Not really an issue since there wasn't much traffic, and I should have checked before booking if it really mattered to me.
For the price it was decent. The lady at the front desk was so kind and happy
