The location and the facility
And the staff where amazing and professional
The location, the cleanliness of the apartment, and the reception staff, especially the employee (luk), are very helpful. He moved us from the apartment we booked to a bigger apartment with a nicer view for the same price. The porter (kashif) is also very helpful and polite.
Location on Viva Bahriya was very close to Medina Centrale which is perfect for a stroll to the shops. Staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious. Thanks to the gentleman who checked me in (sorry I didn't get his name) for upgrading me
