The room was kept clean and nice. My requests were considered so it was indeed a wonderful first time for us. Didn't know that they had 3 pools (outdoor, indoor and wave). Food was great! We had the half board so we were able to taste the delicious food for Iftar and delectable buffet breakfast. Overall it was a very nice staycation for me and my husband.
Everything was good and staff were humble and polite.
There were significant delays during the check-in process. After waiting for an hour, they finally managed to provide me with one room, but requested additional time to prepare the other room.
Despite giving them more time and even leaving for three hours, I returned to find that they still hadn’t prepared an acceptable room. The room they offered smelled very bad, and they needed nearly another hour to arrange a replacement.
