The hosts, in particular Omar and Ali, were incredible. We had some very minor issues, and they were extremely responsive and handled everything with patience and ease. They made our stay very comfortable and memorable.
I loved everything. Prime location just next to the waterfront, friendly staff, secured places, spacious apartment. The manager Jivanjee is very flexible and he went above and beyond to assist, including showing us around the town and where to buy stuff. He ensured we had everything we needed.
Beautifully decorated . Great location . Lovely people . Jivanjee the manager was incredibly attentive and helpful . All the staff were kind and warm and helpful in every way .
The air conditioning in the bedroom was fantastic. It was a huge bedroom with closet space, lots of room to put your stuff, and a large ensuite bathroom. The location was great, right on the waterfront, close to water taxis, etc. The staff were so friendly and were always there if you needed them. After check out, they called to inform us we left a few things in the room, we left them on purpose, but it was nice to get a follow-up call.
Everything about this property was great, from the team leading by Omar. They went above and beyond to make everything easy for me.
