Breakfast was good except for the fact that they ran out of coffee on 10/12 and we were the first ones for breakfast. We need coffee and they came with instant coffee (I could tell by the streaks on the side of the latte cup. Also the drainage in the sick and showers. The spacious bathrooms might have been grand in their early days but are due for an upgrade.

Staff was great the rooms are spacious, the well polished wood was beautiful including the beautiful ceilings.

we like the deco at the hotel and the building. The Gym, Swimming pool and all the staff with the exception of one person I guess she was not having a good day. The location could be better but it suited our needs.

I liked everything that was offered, first of all the staff is amazing and very helpful. When we first checked in they gave us a room that we had not requested for but they were willing to change it for us, however, we were so tired coming from our Wedding Ceremony to do so but in the morning they moved us to the honeymoon suite which was very spacious.

The housekeeping guy I cannot remember his name, he had a Biblical name was extremely kind, helpful and respectful, I commend him for his service to us. Also the guy at the bar was a very nice gentleman very kind and helpful, even offered me a phone charger. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. Room service is absolutely splendid.

You have very kind workers, very polite and I would definitely come back and would refer anyone to this place. If you need quiet, serenity, pure tranquility this is the place to come to. I can't wait to be back in Kenya my Motherland.

If you love Victorian finish then this is the place for you. It's an Ex-colonial Small Castle of sorts. I loved it immensely and would be back given half a chance. Everything is authentic from the Chairs / Bed /Wardrobes / Stairs. Reminds me of the Series The Crown / Downton Abbey on Netflix. I loved the food alot.

The architecture is so beautiful. I loved my stay here. The food was great. And the bed was so comfy. If you're a solo traveller, you will love this place.
