Great location, well maintained facilities. Great room layout amd comfortable beds. They provide bathroom slippers, gown, shampoo. Staffs all locations very eager to help, communicate well and are very pleasant. Well done!!!

I rate it as high as 8 because the hotel is excellent. It is spotlessly clean - not a spek of dust (I searched everywhere, including hallways). The fixtures and furniture are new, nice and all intact, without any gaping holes or rust or mold. Room is giant with large windows and enough space for two suitcases. Ample light, adaptable power plugs, makeup mirror, tissues, room slippers and robe, large and comfortable beds with clean white linnen, towels were plentiful and excellent as well. Staff is impeccable - very polished, friendly, helpful, they really go out of their way to help. Food is the best. Hotel's chef turned out to be very gifted, knowing different cuisines, and doing her best adhering to our food preferences. Breakfast was the healthiest we had in Africa.

I selected the hotel because it was highly rated on booking.com and it lived up to the rating! From the welcome upon check in, all through my stay, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The food was great, the staff very warm, the room very spacious and clean. And I used meeting facilities that were superb!

In a good location with friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable and the WiFi worked well. The attached restaurant is good value.
