Orientation was welcoming. Staff is cheerful and prompt to assist.
The house is close to the highway making it easily available.
The host, Holidah, was very helpful and resourceful. She provides contact details of people who can help you around.
Mike, the boda guy recommended by Holidah, was very helpful. He helped me move around with ease and showed me places in Eldoret.
The house is so cosy. Being a penthouse, the views are amazing.
