Great food, very kind staff, beautiful building, clean facilities, AC in room, great location! Security was super great which as a female solo traveller was the main thing for me.

The location is perfect because we had to go to many places in town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is nice and the food is good. The room has good AC and a fan and the bed has comfy blanket. We slept well. We also enjoyed the sun beds.

Happy overall with the experience. The hotel had an aged, classic feel. The 1920s esthetic remained, with modern renovations and updates that made it lovely.

It was great to have the pool to dip into.

It was comfortable, with really helpful staff special shout out to Faith and Eric, who were extremely attentive and helpful.

It was very central and allowed easy access to the markets, Fort Jesus, and easy enough to get to Nyali.

When we arrived the staff were very pleasant. We were brought to our room where we were greeted with a snack plate featuring a scone,muffin and cookie.The room was exceptionally clean and some shampoo-body soap was offered. There were 6 complimentary waters and a nice tv. The room we stayed in had 2 multi travel adapters with USB ports but in. As for the breakfast it was good but nothing exceptional.
