location was great. it was nicer in person than what i saw online (which was good enough still!). it's close enough to town so we walked over and had some food. rooms were large and clean.

Cozy B&B with very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast every morning! Beautiful garden out front and next to a river. Very relaxing place to stay before or after hiking in the mountains, or just to visit Karakol!

My friend and I spent 5 nights here while in the Karakol area. This place is a gem. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and coffee and tea are always available. The best part is the staff - they are all so nice and helpful. They helped us with laundry, luggage storage, getting extra water, pretty much anything we asked about. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Karakol. The guesthouse has a couple indoor common areas, a cute flower garden, and is on a quiet dirt road. If you walk around the neighborhood in the evening you'll probably see the neighborhood kids playing in nearby streets. It's about a mile walk to the city center or you can get a taxis for about 50-90 som each way.

Great hosts, good breakfast, we even got breakfast before we left very early for a day of trekking. Comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms.
