So happy I decided to book this apartment. The location is definitely a 10+, would be hard to do better. It's on the 12th floor and loved the view. Really nice host, easy communication (we used Google translate). Loved the kitchen and I'll mention again... The 12th floor view. Great value as well.
Super spacious 12th floor apartment with westward views in a wonderfully-located area a short walk from Ala Too Square. Huge bedroom and kitchen, comfortable bed, full facilities (kitchen, washing machine, etc). Really helpful host who allowed me to store my luggage early on the checkin day (had an early flight) and even checkin earlier than the proscribed time. Can't fault the apartment in any way.
It's a big, clean and centrally located apartment with a comfortable bed and a nice view, since it's 12th floor. Basically everything important is a short work from the location: restaurants, money exchange, pharmacies, souvenir shops. A nice wine bar and a lovely coffee shop are even right in the building.
The apartment is huge and imppecably clean. Super central, a short walk from the main avenue and central attractions as well as eateries, supermarkets, money exchanges and bankomat (ATM). From the outside it may feel a bit like a concrete shell, but just like other reviewers mentioned it is very quiet and warm. Very comfortable bed and good wifi, we even did laundry before leaving. The host was very gracious in bringing us toilet paper that she had forgotten to restock.
Location is very central, apartment is in a new building, everything was clean and the host was helpful.
