Despite to the language barrier, the staff was very friendly and always found a way to communicate. Was staying second time, be ready to use WeChat App and translator. Airport transportations were free and comfortable. The entire stay was a pleasure.

All is perfect, free hot tea & water upon arrival and extra bottled water. They even offered us free airport transfer by a very luxury car when we asked them to call a taxi.
The staff is very helpful, even though they don't speak English well, they used translate Apps and tried their best to serve us well.
Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable, so spacious and modern. Near the hotel are supermarket and restaurants. It's close to the airport, really good for a long layover.
Very nice staff. Very new room and has everything you need. This is a location which is only 10 mins away from Capital airport and they provides free airport shuttle both ways. Great experience and will recommend to anyone!
