During this stay on the 15th floor, I encountered some issues with the toilet flushing system and the water pressure in the shower. However, the response from the hotel was prompt and considerate. The front desk staff took my concerns seriously and kindly offered a 'sorry gift bag' as a gesture of their commitment to guest satisfaction.
