There's been a lot of praises heaped on Jack Ma the hotel manager and they are all justified and well deserved. Friendly and helpful.

Everything. Jack, the GM, was especially helpful and responsive at all times.

Amazing customer service, Jack contacted me and make sure that all questions were answered quickly. The location is great. I recommend upgrading to one of the art rooms, they offer excellent value for just a little upcharge.

near metro station. a convenient store is next to the hotel. jack Ma the manager is very helpful with information with great English. all the staff was extremely helpful. laundry room is a nice amenities. Breakfast was great Chinese choice.

This hotel was exceptional in every way. The staff were friendly and welcoming. In particular, Jack Ma was incredible. Other people have mentioned him in their reviews as well, and they are spot on. This guy makes you feel like you're arriving at a friend's house. The room was lovely, and the bed was quite comfortable. Views from the restaurant on the 31st floor are stunning, and the food was exceptional. Spicy beef with cilantro and the shrimp spring rolls were some of the best bites of food we've had during this trip to China. I would happily stay here again.
