The staff, especially Lucy Liu, were incredibly helpful and willing to provide me the best assistance possible. The breakfast was varied and had western options. The gym worked for most of my stay and had good equipment. The location is very good with many restaurants, bars, malls, metro stations and shops nearby.
It has one of the best gyms in the hotel in Shanghai and apart from being a good hotel this is the reason why I am coming back
The hotel was great, we stay just one night.
The staff was polite and upstanding service for Tine Ge.
It was convenient and in close proximity to my meeting.
