Holiday Inn was nice! I had to add more nights before checking in and they conveniently add the nights in, didn't make a fuss about it. the key didn't work on the day when I asked the front desk, she mentioned rudely because I added more nights, but she took care of the problem right away. On the day of check in, staff was really nice, gave map and directions to all the different attractions. Recommended some good food around. when we checked out, our wifi automatically got disconnected but we had to order didi taxi so one of the front desk staff, gave us another wifi access. Location wasn't conveniently located to any major attractions but there are small restaurants all around, so food wasn't any problem. Family Mart is next to the lobby so whenever we were hungry, we can just grab any food or drink.

Everything was great, specially the people & Valentina in the reception in particular.

We had a great stay: the staff are welcoming and professional; the breakfast was amazing; and we used the laundromat, gym, swimming pool, and luggage storage service -- all free of charge. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city center. We used the pay-per-ride bikes to get to every place we wanted to visit, and it was surrounded by good restaurants where we could meet up with friends. The walk by the river was very nice!

We are family with 2 kids (13 and 15). We booked a room with 1 king+bunk bed. It’s comfortable for our family. There’s Family mart on 1st floor.

The property was in a good area for walking. It was quick and easy to get transportation. The staff was absolutely amazing. They made a little cake for my husbands birthday and accommodated our room with a bed for our son. I would stay here again.
