like the toilet tray. It's warm in the winter and clean.
The mall and street around the hotel is really good, the room is fabulous
Friendly housekeeping staff. Comfortable enough. Food delivery quite easy to get as there is a takeaway lock box outside the hotel (a lifesaver).
Location was good. Near shopping belt and trains and cafes. The king size bed is huge
Special shout to both Alice & Eric (both were at the concierge counter at the same time) helping me to connect to the tour agent (damm unhelpful) to assist me in arranging the pickup to Wulong Karst. Both went extra miles, assisting me to re-activate my WeChat account. Unfortunately, it was not successful. Is their attitude, 2 thumbs up.
