The staff were very helpful. By the second day, the kitchen staff remembered our tea and breakfast preferences.
The room was spacious and had everything. If we wanted more of something, the staff were very accommodating and quick to respond.
The room was quite spacious and the view was amazing!
The buffet breakfast was really good with a wide variety of western and Asian cuisines to choose from.
The pool was fantastic! There were only 4-5 people in the pool area while we were there and my daughter and her best friend enjoyed swimming for some time.
We stayed here for my daughter's birthday and the staff went above and beyond when they sent a delicious strawberry birthday cake to our room! Thank you, Kerry Hotel!

Really like the location and the ability to get to everything we wanted to see. Being right next to the mall and groceries was a huge plus.
