Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Great view. Best in the city.

I think the landlady is really really nice, friendly and helpful. She herself helped us to bring up our giant luggage to the lobby which we need to climb up about 61 stairs, however you can enjoy the great view of Phoenix old city view while you are walking along the stairway😊. Moreover, because of her kindness and generosity, she gave us a very good advice for the scenic spots which worth to explore, and we found the traveling scenery impressed us so much. While we returned to the b&b in the late evening, she sent us three pieces of local oranges and which warmed our hearts 🥰 in this cold 🥶 season. We all here wanted to give her thanks from our bottom of our hearts.🥰 We must return to the b&b if we visited Phoenix old city again.

Super cool accommodation, everything as described and better. Love the bidet and motion detection mirror in the toilet. Love the view at the balcony. The host is super awesome as well, introduced us to the whole area. Shes a skinny lady but helped us (3girls) carried one of our luggage up and down the stairs. She also helped us ‘flagged’ for a taxi for our transport to the high speed rail. Accom is very near the ancient town and easy to find food and transport in the area.

The hotel is not difficult to locate. When you arrive at Fenghuanggucheng train station, there will be a lot of drivers offering to send you to your hotel. Most of them know this B&B. The location is 10 mins drive from the train station, just outside the scenic area, across a road. The lady (not sure if she's the owner) is very friendly and shared a lot of stories and history about the ancient town. She provided a tray of snacks at check in and recommended a route how can we get most of Fenghuang in a day. The hotel balcony has a good view of the pagoda and the whole view of Fenghuang. Hotel room is big and clean, and has very comfortable beds. The B&B does not provide breakfast due to some laws on cooking and risk of fire as the houses in Fenghuang are mostly made of wood. We checked out early next day and the lady said we can simply leave the room card at the reception counter.

Great view at night, great location. They helped us with booking a taxi and not having the price increased on us.
