Reception was super nice and accommodating and helped carry and store my luggage while I went to the city
Good service good environment and better location.
The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. I'd say they were one of the best features of our stay with this hotel. The location of the hotel was superb. By the sea and close to all fun parts in qingdao. My bed was super comfy, too. My parents stayed in a larger newish room, which was lovely.
