Property is very new!!! So clean and comfortable! Staff is amazingly friendly!!

rooms are modern looking and very clean since this hotel was newly constructed in 2024. Staff is very responsive and accommodating to customer requests. Perfect for longer stays since there is free laundry service. Location of hotel is only two blocks away from subway station, providing easy access to other areas of Dongguan. There are also many restaurants and a large shopping mall just one block away. Definitely would recommend others to stay here.

An brand new studio apartment all to myself. No dryer or hangars but everything else was fine. Brand new clean quality. Super friendly staff. I was afraid of booking Serviced Apartments before but after this second excellent quality, I will never book a hotel again. Only Serviced Apartments. They're far cleaner and superior in every way. No annoying housekeeping hanging out on the floor, etc. Last hotel I stayed at before the serviced apartments was Holiday Inn Express and I got cold symptoms for a week using the cups and making coffee in the room. Never again!

The hotel is brand new and facilities are ample, service is perfect, breakfast is excellent. Location is exceptional. We are totally satisfied. The hotel is the best option for traveling to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan.
