The apartment is in a good location, about 10 mins walk from metro stop. The size of the apartment is decent, with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The best part is the laundry machine - wash and dry, and a drying rack. The price is less than a 5 star hotel in the same area, so is good value.

Corridors and elevators not so clean and looks partly old.
STAFF AT THE RECEPTION WERE VERY GOOD ENGLISH SPOKEN, EXTREMELY CORTOUS, FREINDLY, AND VERY HELPING. ROOMS WERE EQUIPED WITH FULL KITCHEN FACILITIES, VERY CLEAN AND SERVICED EACH DAY. LOCATION IS VERY GOOD. OVERALL I WOULD SAY 10/10. SUPERB PLACE. MORE THAN YOUR MONEYS WORTH
The staff were very professional and answered all of my questions with clarity and a smile. Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant experience. For longer stays, I would recommend Springdale because it is affordable compared to more expensive hotels that are in the area.
Location is central. Very close to station and underground markets. 24hr staff and a reasonable breakfast.
