Front desk staff were excellent! Incredible mountain views (from some rooms).
Everything was perfect, the integration of modern building with old village houses, the team, their friendliness, their advise when doing some activities in the area, the location, the surroundings. Wished i had stayed longer
They help with everything, tours, scooters, bike rentals etc.
We loved the hotel from the second we stepped onto the proprety. The front yard was cosy and was a lovely place to have breakfast or dinner. Our daughter could roam around without any danger. The food was amazing and the whole staff was super friendly. English was spoken as well. During our whole trip in China this was our favorite place and we felt sad leaving it.
The rooms have a vintage feel and look, the bathroom was modern.
The location, the view from the pool, the staff, the food was extraordinary.
The staff was so nice, patient and helpful. Food was nice and the atmosphere is very charming
