The hotel was great! Amy was a huge help in organizing visits, car rides and general information around Changsha 🙏🏼
This hotel is beautiful and has everything that one could desire. The room was large and clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff went out of their way to ensure that everything went smoothly during the stay. In particular, Chen Qiu Feng (Amy) was invaluable in facilitating the reservation and payment, and in making the time at World Hotel Jiaxing Hunan (in Changsha) an amazing experience. She is a gem, as is the hotel.
