Great location being inside the park and going against the flow of traffic.

Everything was great, it’s a mountain accommodation so don’t expect 5 stars. With that being said, it’s exactly what is needed to visit everything and avoid the crowds in the park. All thanks to Alex’s help that made our itinerary so we can enjoy all the best spots while no one was there. Plus he took us to see the sunset over the whole mountain range which was the cherry on top! If you get to ZhangJiaJie, this is the hotel to stay in because it’s the only one that you can stay in, inside the park.

I really loved the size of the room and the location inside the park. You get free tea as it’s a tea plantation and that was delicious. The dinner was also very good, I had read some bad reviews about it but they were wrong.

The location of YOLO resort is perfect. Together with the host, we worked out a great plan to avoid the crowds in the national park. We were also able to make use of the pick-up service and of the luggage storage at the train station, which was a great experience. The dinner and breakfast options were very tasty, as well as the free tea! The sunset spot is another highlight.

Alex is so great and will give you the best advice in the park. The location is incredible too and is set amidst tea trees with such a gorgeous sunset viewpoint about ten minutes’ walk away.
