We had an issue with our booking, so the hotel wasn’t able to accommodate us on the first night. However, they arranged for us to stay at a nearby hotel, and when we checked in the next day, they kindly upgraded our room for the rest of our stay. Excellent service!
I really enjoyed the service at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and quiet. I would definitely come back.
