I loved the pool area. The setting was lovely, waiters were attentive, and there were lots of birds to entertain me. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good location with lots of nearby restaurants and a convenient bank ATM within two blocks. When I needed help running the air conditioner, they sent someone up within 5 minutes to show me how it works. I didn't have hot water the first night, but I also didn't report it as I was only staying for one night and just decided to tolerate the lukewarm water. When I returned a week later, my new room had plenty of hot water. Other people on my tour said they had hot water both times. Warning: My companions had a room above the 14th floor and said that music in the bar could be heard late into the night.
