We end up in a different hotel since there was no rooms available. The staff were very helpful and offered a room in a different hotel
Don't compare it to American standards, not everything will be like here but appreciate it for what it is culturaly. The room and bathroom aren't as large as you might expect but its quaint and culturally unique
