Very nice hotel, staff helpful and location is very good
The staff was very accommodating, helping look after luggage and ensuring that their guests were taken care of (arranging transportation, etc). It is a big hotel, with a somewhat confusing layout but I like the fact that it felt safe. In order to get to the floor of your room, you need to scan your room card. They provide complimentary water (2 small bottles). The breakfast buffet was large and had a good selection of cheeses, breads, yogurt, juices, finger sandwiches and some hot dishes. The bed was comfortable. I had plenty of space for my things. Bathroom was on smaller side but functional.
It is walking distance to the mall as well as several restaurants and stores.
Best hotel in Bogota, no complaints. Beautiful, staff very helpful and transportation to all major attractions very affordable. Breakfast included very excellent.
