Everything was clean and amazing. We felt safe all the time and the staff is great and friendly. It has a great location we would go again!

Location. Breakfast and rooftop restaurant. We didn’t use the pool but it seems nice to have it.

We chose the Santa Catalina to stay at before our wedding, and we also did our welcome event at the hotel's rooftop. We recommended the hotel to our guests as well. We had stayed there before in a prior visit to Cartagena and we loved it, the staff are super friendly, the location of the hotel is fenomenal to move around the Old City, and the rooms are very comfortable. We had the best time there, highly recommend! The suite was very comfotable and although there was music at night the room had an Alexa that you could use to play relaxing music that would drown out the outside noise (although the outside music doesn't go until very late either way). The swimming pool is great and the rooftop has a great view. The hotel also allowed us to leave our bags before our check in time, which was very helpful. We are very happy that we chose this hotel for our welcome party, it was fenomenal!
