Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If the person subject to tax and another person exempt from tax share the same room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In accordance with Colombian tax legislation, foreign citizens and non-resident Colombian citizens who receive the PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or the TP12 visa upon entry into the country will be exempt from paying tax on 19% VAT. The exemption will only apply in case of booking tourist packages (accommodation plus service). The corresponding permit must be presented upon arrival. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.
