Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If the person subject to tax and another person exempt from tax share the same room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions. Please note that all minors under 18 years of age need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his/her parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Please note that late check-out until 1 pm is available upon request for an extra fee of 25,000 COP. Please note beverages are not included in the meals. Halfboard includes breakfast and dinner.
