The property meet my expectations but David, at reception, was extremely helpful at the moment of suggest places to visit, helping us to reach transportation and accommodate our needs

Cheap but comfortable room. Happily hosted us after we had to relocate from VIP Rosales around the corner which was horrendous. Mandela was great in comparison!

The staff were lovely, very warm and helpful although only Jose on reception can speak English. All the staff were super helpful with ordering food for me as I couldn't get the Rappi app to work. Maria also was helpful with a bit of translating. My room was small but pretty well equipped. The shower was fine with hot water and towels are provided. Coffee was available most of the day free of charge. There is no bar but they have a well stocked fridge of beers and soft drinks.
