Very nice small hotel, not very close to anything ( except the useful Unicenter mall and Pueblito Paisa, best views ever), but using a taxi app its easy to get anywhere.Yum breakfast al fresco, order the calentado! Maria at reception was super helpful but... you will need some Spanish at least.
The room is basic but clean. The location is excellent if you are attending a conference at Plaza Mayor which is a 5 min walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful but they do not speak English. I felt safe walking around in this area.
