Although breakfast was not included, there was plenty of room in the full-sized refrigerator for my dinner leftovers to be breakfast the next day. Although I didn't use them there was also an electric range and oven, microwave and washer/dryer. I used the fitness center several times.
The location was wonderful for me, just a short walk to my attorney's office and to the Mall San Pedro, which has a large selection of places to eat. Mi Tica was my favorite!
