The grounds are beautiful and our kids loved the pool area. They had great coffee available to guests and Logan was very friendly and helpful.
There a small problem on our arrival and the owners went out of their way to make it right. Excellence in service was a lovely bonus.
Balu was a really nice place to stay and the hosts are such nice people. They ask daily if there’s anything you need. Always have a chat with them as they work around the property.
Location, facilities, bus turned into a room, excellent pool, super friendly host.
The location is great, it's an easy drive to the many beaches around town. The space is nice and it's very clean. The bed is huge and the kitchen area is workable to make meals. Also the general space is really nice and comfortable and the coffee machine is a real plus. We had kind of an emergency change of plans and Logan was able to get the room cleaned to accommodate our last minute stay and I couldn't been happier that we ended up there. 11/10 would definitely stay again.
