Wonderful little casita with a balcony overlooking the entire town, plus a terrific tree that attracted about 10 species of birds every morning, including two species of toucans. See photos taken from the balcony! Well equipped, clean, comfortable, with helpful hostess. Walking distance to lake and town center, various restaurants. Also the visitor-friendly pickleball venue at Plaza de Toros!
We were a large group, and ended up renting multiple units next to each other, which worked out very well for us.
Everything was perfect. We had a lot of rain during our stay in lake arenal and tanks to this property, we had a great time.
Lovely, well-equipped cabin with charm. Good location in a nice small town with some good cafe / restaurant options nearby. The host was very helpful and came to the cabin to do the payment and we had a nice chat. A shame we only stayed one night passing through in transit. Would love to come back and stay again sometime!
Mary was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way providing us with helpful information, logistical support and transportation. She checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, which we did. The home was in a beautiful area walking distance from Lake Arenal Park and recreation area and very close to restaurants and shops. Perfect weather...no need for a heater or air conditioner.
