Location is great, it is 3 minutes from the beach, close to supermarket and other shops and restaurants, there is an inexpensive eatery right next door. 25$ a night is a great price, I was staying for 10 days for medical tourism and trying to save money. Very good deal for the money! The phone works with wi-fi in the hotel. Wi-fi was really good. TV had 1 channel in English. One of the hosts speaks good English. The room was very clean, no bugs of any kind.
the staff were fantastic - really pleasant friendly and helpful -- also a laundry which as a traveller was amazing score
