Loved the quaint setting of the hotel. In a great location near downtown but away from the business. amazing breakfast each morning and great customer service from their staff!

Nice hotel with excellent location, staff very attentive, great breakfast and swimming pool surrounded by local plants and flowers.

Check in was easy! I traveled with kids, it's a family friendly place. Kids enjoyed the pool and the rooms were very clean in addition to the beautiful artwork everywhere. There was always something new to see everywhere you look. Kids enjoyed the lounging areas with books that were in English and Spanish as well. The restaurant is very conveniently located next to the property and food was delicious with a nice variety also kid friendly. Would definitely return.

Staff was exceptional, I believe his name was Kendall. Helped us with everything and always had a smile on his face. Hope to make it back soon just to see him again!

This hotel is a gem!! It went far beyond our expectations. The place is clean, the common areas are well appointed, the pool never had even one leaf in it, and the staff are some of the best with whom we have interacted. We have told all of family and friends about this place. The breakfast is amazing, all the options are tasty and filling. The restaurants makes the best pizza and pasta we had ever eaten. It beats Europe by a long shot. This will be our go-to hotel for all future trips to the amazing town of La Fortuna. Pura vida!
