Beautiful building interior. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and comfortable.
Good restaurants nearby. Friendly helpful staff. Very pleasant breakfast. Pretty quiet for San Jose.
This is an interesting property if you interested in being in downtown San Jose. It's a historic property, and not yet popular as we were the only ones in the small hotel until our last night. The staff is attentive and the public areas are comfortable.
We loved the uniqueness of this hotel. A former mansion, it has been lovingly renovated, upgraded and restored by the family who has owned it for the last 20 years. The lobby is truly grand and the room was very comfortable. Liliania, who we believe is one of the owners, was a wonderful host.
We will stay here again!
The staff were excellent and really looked after me despite the language barrier.
