Very nice family run apartments. The narrow roads and deep pitted gutters are a thing to get used to, so keep that in mind while driving there. The family made sure they were on the look out for us to show us where to park, which was certainly not a typical parking area, but it was safe and worked out just fine. The apartment was clean with a nice hot free flowing shower. Washcloths don't seem to be a thing in CR. In both places I've stayed asking for washcloths, they've given me microfiber cloths. Maybe they thought I meant dish cloth? No big deal. The apartment is pretty central and within walking distance to shops, stores, restaurants and areas where you can see the ocean. I'm sure if one explored more, you'd find beaches to go to. The apartment is just steps away from the Bonding Hotel/restaurant where it's easy to have tour operators pick you up. All in all, a nice stay with a very pleasant family managing the apartments.

Everything. Fan right over the bed, air conditioning in front room, veranda facing sunset, lovely family below made me feel very safe.

The room is spacious and you have everything you need, they have air conditioning and hot water - which you don’t get everywhere in Costa Rica for the same price. Especially the use of laundry is very helpful if you are travelling around. The owner is very nice and helpful.

The apartment is in a good location, check-in was easy, hosts are very nice and helpful, you can use a watching machine, which is great (thank you!) when you travel light in humid areas. I give 10s when something is really exceptional so a strong 9 from me.
