Property has good location and beautiful swimming pool. Staff was amazing !
We stayed at the Palms twice during our spring break trip to Costa Rica, and we couldn't rate it more highly. The staff, food, rooms and location were all great, and the pool area is fabulous. There is a shop onsite. All staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The king room on the second floor was especially comfortable, and we enjoyed watching the nightly football games played across the street from our balcony. The hotel is safe, and Coco itself is a great place to base yourself if you are looking for a quiet beach town with a bit of shopping and a good atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at The Palms for welcoming us!
